The Wahpeton Eagles club is excited to host performances on Dakota Avenue on July 21 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM! Get ready to groove to the energetic tunes of Billy D and the Crystals as they take the stage. This talented group knows how to get the crowd moving and will bring an electrifying energy to the festival. Then, from 9:00 PM until midnight, be prepared for a captivating performance by October Road, who will mesmerize the audience with their soulful melodies and powerful vocals. It's a night you won't want to miss!
